Bosch ID becomes SingleKey ID

Log in conveniently and securely on websites and apps with SingleKey ID

While Bosch ID gave you access to numerous websites, shops, apps and services by Bosch, with SingleKey ID you will be able to access digital services of a growing number of partners worldwide. Not all websites and apps using Bosch ID will switch to SingleKey ID at the same time. Within the next months, all websites and apps currently using Bosch ID will switch to SingleKey ID.

What will happen to my Bosch ID?

Bosch ID is becoming SingleKey ID. This means all digital services now using Bosch ID are currently working on their switch to SingleKey ID, which may take some time. As soon as a service such as a website, shop or app, has switched to SingleKey ID and you accepted the Terms of Use, you will be able to use the login of Bosch ID and SingleKey ID with the same credentials.

Please do not sign up with another email address and password for SingleKey ID. You can use your existing Bosch ID credentials to login with SingleKey ID. And please keep in mind that changing your credentials or deleting your ID will always affect the login with the respective other ID, too.

After all digital services have switched, you can only login with SingleKey ID.

What is the difference between SingleKey ID and Bosch ID?

While Bosch ID is only used with websites and apps by Bosch, SingleKey ID provides a login to access many websites, shops, apps and services of our partners.

Where can I use SingleKey ID?

The login with SingleKey ID is used on many websites and apps of our partners. Not all partners will be available from the very start, but more are joining gradually.

What can I do if I don’t want a SingleKey ID?

You can delete your SingleKey ID at any time on the SingleKey ID website via this link.

Please note that the login of Bosch ID and SingleKey ID use the same credentials. Deleting your SingleKey ID will also delete your Bosch ID.

Also please be aware that SingleKey ID is the exclusive login on websites and apps of all our partners. By deleting SingleKey ID or Bosch ID, you lose all access to the formerly connected websites and apps, and you can only regain access by signing up again. However, this will not restore any data that got lost during the deletion.
